Meet Jambah

Jambah Kollie, Esq. is an attorney and multi-entrepreneur who believes access to clear, practical legal guidance is essential to helping businesses not only launch, but thrive. In 2019, she founded her practice, originally called The Law Office of Jambah Kollie, LLC, with the goal of supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through both advocacy and education. In 2025, the firm rebranded as The Fine Print Firm™, LLC to sharpen its focus on what matters most: the deal.

At The Fine Print Firm™, Jambah works with clients at critical decisions points in their business, helping them navigate legal risk with clarity and confidence. Her practice centers on structuring and negotiating agreements, protecting brand assets through U.S. trademark registration, and providing strategic legal guidance that supports long term business growth.

Before launching her own practice, Jambah gained experience across the legal, non-profit, and banking industries. During law school, she clerked for the Knox County Law Department, where she assisted with legal and policy matters for the Board of Education and Superintendent’s Office. That early exposure to both law and community impact continues to shape her client-centered approach today.
