Meet Jambah

Jambah Kollie, Esq. is an attorney and multi-entrepreneur who believes access to clear information is key to helping businesses not only launch, but thrive. In 2019, she founded her practice, originally called The Law Office of Jambah Kollie, LLC, with the goal of supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through both advocacy and education. In 2025, the firm rebranded as The Fine Print Firm™, LLC to sharpen its focus on what matters most: the deal.

At The Fine Print Firm™, Jambah helps clients protect what they’ve built and make confident decisions before they sign by focusing on contract drafting, review, and negotiation, plus everything between the lines. For clients who also need brand protection, she continues to provide U.S. trademark registration services, ensuring their intellectual property is safeguarded alongside their business agreements.

Before launching her own practice, Jambah gained experience across the legal, non-profit, and banking industries. During law school, she clerked for the Knox County Law Department, where she assisted with legal and policy matters for the Board of Education and Superintendent’s Office. That early exposure to both law and community impact continues to shape her client-centered approach today.

In addition to running her firm, Jambah works in the gas and electricity utility industry, where she drafts and manages contracts for one of the largest public utility companies in the United States.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym, rollerblading, or at live music events.
